The Hi-Life Fitness Centre boasts an extensive array of facilities, including a fully air-conditioned gym with a brand new range of Life fitness designed cardio and weight training equipment. The leisure facilities also include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi to unwind in as well as a relaxation area.
On joining the Hi-Life fitness centre you will receive a membership pack with all the information necessary to make the most of your membership. Experienced fitness instructors are on hand to give you advice and develop your individual training schedule.
We also offer a wide range of holistic and beauty therapies to hotel guests, gym members and non-residents (see below for further information).

We are delighted to offer couples getting married at The Rivenhall Hotel an exclusive Wedding Tone Up Membership package. Includes unlimited use of the gym, swimming pool and spa facilities 7 days a week and full induction and fitness programme. (Available for 3 or 6 months durations prior to your wedding date).
Non-residents can enjoy the Hi-Life Fitness Centre at:
£5.00 for use of the pool or gym per day
£7.50 for use of pool and gym per day
Further Information
- No joining fee on any of our rates and packages
- All membership packages include full induction, personal fitness programme and an introduction into personal training.
- Full, Senior Citizen, Student and Corporate memberships entitle the user to unlimited use during all opening hours.
- Daytime members are entitled to use the facilities from opening time until 5pm Monday-Sunday.
- All members are entitled to enjoy a 10% discount on food in the Wildberry Restaurant.
- For larger groups, rates are available on request.
- Personal training available, rates available on request.

Yoga every Monday: 6pm - 7pm
Aqua Aerobics every Monday and Wednesday: 9.30am - 11.15am
Baby Swimming every Tuesday at 9.30am - 12.00pm every Saturday at 9.00am -11.00am
The above classes are free to residents or £5.00 each to external guests.

Charlotte Watson
Charlotte Watson is our fully qualified beautician with 10 years experience. Charlotte has experience in working with some of the most prestigious beauty brands in the industry including Estee Lauder, Clarins, Mac and Germaine de Capuccini. One of her particular talents include applying wedding and special occasion makeup and pamper parties are also available.
Her vast range of expertise also includes: facials, nail, manicure, eye and waxing treatments as well as Reflexology, Indian head massage and Aromatherapy. In addition she is experienced in St Tropez lotion tanning, Gel nail extensions, lash perming, facial products and slimming wraps.
