Hi-Life Fitness Centre

The newly refurbished club boasts an extensive array of facilities, including a fully air-conditioned gym with a brand new range of Life fitness designed cardio and weight training equipment, with experienced fitness instructors on hand to develop your individual training schedule.

The leisure facilities also include swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath to relax in after a work out in the gym. As well as a lounge and relaxation area with fair-trade snack machines and plasma television.

We also have a new state of the art alpha cab tanning booth.
On joining the Hi-Life fitness centre you will receive a membership pack with all the information necessary to make the most of your membership.

Our friendly gym staff are on hand to give you advice and assist you with your individual fitness needs.

For larger groups, rates are available on request.

No joining fee on any of our rates and packages.

Full, Senior Citizen, Student and Corporate memberships entitle the user to unlimited use during all opening hours.

Daytime members are entitled to use the facilities during opening hours and 5pm Monday-Sunday.

Personal training available, rates available on request.

All membership packages include full induction, personal fitness programme and an introduction into personal training.

Also all members are entitled to enjoy 10% off food in the Wildberry Bistro.

Complimentary gifts for introducing a friend.

Opening hours are 7am-10pm Monday-Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
