R.E. Closure of the gym
It is with great regret to announce that the Hotel has decided to close the Proxima Gym – Health and Fitness Operation as from 1/06/16. This is part of our business economic plan to allow for the necessary re-development, renovation and refurbishment of the overall centre which may take around 6 months or so.
On behalf of everyone at the Centre we would like to thank you for your custom over the past years. We will issue a press release and marketing information on the opening of our new centre and hope to see you again soon.

7.00am – 20.00pm Saturday and Sunday*
*Last entry is one hour before closing time

Full Membership
- £40.00 per month
- £400.00 Annual paid in full (2 months free)

Senior Citizen Membership (60+)

Student Membership
- £27.00 per month

Corporate Membership
- £30 per person per month (2 months free)
Off Peak Membership (9am – 3pm Monday to Friday Only)

Non-residents can enjoy the Proxima Health & Fitness Centre at:
£6.00 per hourly session of gym OR pool (Access subject to availability)
£10.50 per hourly session of gym AND pool (Acess subject to availability)
Children* 10-16 £4.00 per hourly session (Access to availability)
Hotel Guest – Complementary (Access subject to availability)
*(All children MUST be accompanied by their respective parent/guardian who remain responsible for their safety at all times)
*No admittance to children under 10
Further Information
- Each membership is a 12 month contract with a £12.00 joining fee.
- All membership packages include full induction, personal fitness programme and an introduction into personal training.
- Full, Senior Citizen, Student and Corporate memberships entitle the user to unlimited use during all opening hours.
- For larger groups, rates are available on request.
- Personal training available, rates available on request.
